This Week in Pre-K 2
Hello Pre K Families,
We didn’t have a letter of the week this week due to the Thursday Holiday, but we were still busy. The children made their turkey hats for the upcoming friendship feast ( November 23th). We loved seeing the children celebrate literacy month, dressing up for western day! The next spirit day is Thursday 11/18 Book Character Day! Keep those balloons coming ! If you need more let us know. Remember you can write many book titles on one balloon.
Next letter is U, Show and tell on Tuesday for letter U.

This weeks Reading Street book was… Over in the Meadow
By Olive A. Wadsworth and Ezra Jack Keats, illustrated by David A. Carter
A picture-book version of the popular classic Appalachian counting rhyme. Readers can practice their counting skills as they read about the activities of the many different animals that live in the meadow. Color illustrations accompany the rhyming text. Ask you child what a meadow is, and what are some of the animals that live in a meadow.
Have a wonderful weekend!
