Happy Thanksgiving from Enrichment!
To wrap up our thankful month, I'd like to thank all of you for sharing your little learners with us. This is a wonderful group of kids that we are extremely grateful for.
This week was quick, but packed full of stuff.
Our friendship feast was a lot of fun! The kids did a wonderful job using their manors, singing their song, and listening to the story! Enjoy their performance!
Also, this was our last week for adding leaves to our Thankful tree! The children did a wonderful job! We have a very thoughtful group of kids!
Our book this week was Peppa Pig and the Day of Giving Thanks.
She , George, Mummy Pig and Daddy Pig took a beautiful walk around outside and thanked all the things they were grateful for. Butterflies, apple trees, and even rain showers because they bring muddy puddles!
What was NEW in CENTERS?
Art- Sponge painting turkeys- red, yellow, and orange paint decorated paper plates, with a turkey body on top made for a lot of fun!
Easel- Turkey feather color matching with stickers.
Math- On Monday the math table was used to make our contribution to the friendship feast...Pumpkin Muffins! Everyone contributed by measuring, pouring and mixing! The best part of it came today though...eating their creation!
Discovery- This week we made bird feeders out of TP rolls, WOWbutter, and birdseed. We heard some of them are being enjoyed already!
I look forward to seeing those of you that signed up for conferences on Monday!
We're wishing you all a happy, and healthy Thanksgiving!
