May Magic in 4 Day Pre-K!

Hello families,

We had another fun week in Pre-K. We started the week off with Karate which will continue on Mondays for the rest of May! The kids really seemed to enjoy it! We finished all 26 letters in the alphabet! I am so proud of how far each kiddo has come this year. I can't believe that we only have 14 more days of school left together! As a reminder our Field Trip to the library is scheduled for Tuesday May 20th. If you filled out the library card form- your child will get their library card that day and be able to check out some books. If your child already has a library card, please send it to school that day in a labeled ziplock bag and they can check out some books as well. THANK YOU to the 2 great parent chaperones coming with us!

• Art: Mother's Day crafts, water paint flowers and paper towel roll caterpillars

• Writing: "Z" worksheets

• Discovery: We continue to check on the progress of our caterpillars (they are in their chrysalises) and butterfly life cycle magnets 

• Math: How Many Caterpillars Do You See?

Don't Forget- Monday May 12th is the Jack and Jill Art Show and Open House from 6-7:30! Come check out some of the awesome artwork that the kids have created! If you know someone that is looking for Preschool this is also a perfect opportunity for them to come check out what Jack and Jill has to offer. If you bring someone new to see the school, you can get entered into a raffle to win a summer fun basket!
