Saying Good Bye to March in Mixed Age!

Hello Mixed Age Families, 

Happy Easter! Hope everyone had a great weekend! I can’t believe tomorrow is April 1st! 

This week the   letter of the week is M. Please have your child bring a show and tell on Tuesday or Wednesday that starts with the letter M. Please only bring in something one one day not both. 

Last week author Brielle Lilygarten visited our classroom to read two of her books and did a fish art and craft with the class. 

We read If You Give a Dog a Doughnut and If You Give a Mouse a Cookie.

New month new centers!! The class is going to be so excited! 

Dramatic play – grocery store

Math – dice and coin game 

Art table- painting bears 

Writing table - letter M worksheets, tracing boards, and cards

Play doh table - molding clay 

Puzzle center- listening to a story with headphones. 

*** Wednesday is picture day for mixed age***

We are still doing the sticker chart! The class seems to really like it so we will continue to work on listening ears and following the rules of the classroom to earn stickers every day and a special prize on Thursday or Friday. 

This week I will  also start sending home “ Flat Ms. Meyer” the kids are very excited to start this!
