Count Down to Summer in Pre-K 2!

Good afternoon Pre-K 2 families,

IF YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE HERE ON THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL, PLEASE LET ME KNOW TODAY SO I CAN PLAN TO SEND ALL THEIR STUFF HOME WITH THEM ON TUESDAY.

Time is flying by! I can't believe that next Wednesday will be our last day of school. This will be our last weekly email of the school year. I wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU! Thank you all for being so supportive this year. I am so proud of the progress that your children have made. They have become experts at skills that were brand new to them in September. They have formed friendships and learned to work as a team, even when not everyone agrees or has the same ideas. I will miss them tremendously and will forever hold a special place in my heart these students.

For those students who are participating in GRADUATION, important info is re-posted from Mrs. Lay's May Newsletter:

Plans for our preschool graduation are underway! We have 30 children moving on to Kindergarten! Our graduation ceremony will take place on Wednesday, May 31st at 6:30 PM at the Newell Shelter in Capron Park. A separate information sheet for graduates was already sent home. A few important points to note are:

* Please plan to bring lawn chairs.

* Balloons are not permitted.

* Graduates will be asked to arrive at 6:20 (no earlier) and be delivered to their teacher. Teachers will be along the outside of the structure.

* Please plan to bring one canned good per attendee for admission. All items are to be dropped off at school on Tuesday 5/30 and Wednesday 5/3.
