Having fun in December in Pre-K 2

Hello Pre K Families,

We had a great week in Pre-K. I can’t believe we are almost done with 2021!

I hope you like the handprint wreaths! They were excited to give them to you! You did a great job adjusting to the new check in system, thank you for making it such a smooth transition!

This is what went on in the centers this week!

Dramatic Play-I am amazed!!. The children started out needing a lot of assistance and ended this week doing most of the wrapping and tapping on their own. The happy faces, especially of the gift giver, is beautiful!!

Art Easel- At the easel this week the children used dis brushes to make wreaths and then painted with water colors.

Discovery Table- Cheerios bird feeders

Art Table- This week at the art table the children made O- Owls, O- Octopus and O- Ornaments.

No letter of the week next week, as we only have 2 days of school next week.

Our Reading Street Book- Owls -See How They Grow (Ask your child how tall a barn owl is!).

Reading Street Song- Olive Spots Rocks.
