May Memories in Enrichment!

Hi everyone!

We had another beautiful weather week, and loved spending time outside. The beautiful weather also brings silly moods... and we love it!

You may have noticed some wrapped up gifts come home with your little one today. While these are gifts to celebrate you as the special adults in their lives, I would recommend opening them sooner rather than later... they need some love and care (water and sunlight, in particular).

Our book this week was Kite Day: A Bear and Mole Story by Will Hillenbrand. This is a fun book about taking a disappointing situation, and looking at the bright side of it.

What was NEW in centers?

Art- We designed our own kites with stickers and markers

Easel- Kite coloring!

Math- We made bracelets by stringing beads onto pipe cleaners!

Discovery- We continued to watch our caterpillars grow. Each day we take a measurement of them and stick it on the table to see how much they've grown.
